Prepare final operations budgets

Set up accounting system, including accounts payable and accounts receivables

Implement operations systems: Key control, general clean program, preventative maintenance program, deep clean program, safety

Coordinate and execute the construction punch as the building becomes available

Set up contractors for: Trash, cable, internet provider, pest control, snow removal, landscaping, elevator, vending, cleaning chemicals, food service

Coordinate the purchase and installation of all guest room supplies and opening inventories

Attain all necessary licenses to operate the facility
