Pre-Opening Services Include
  • Ensure all brand requirements are met from the construction process

 

  • Coordinate FF&E installation between installer and contractor

 

  • Hire GM and coordinate all hiring activities of all staff

 

  • Train all staff on proper procedures

 

  • Coordinate all activities with the franchise representatives

 

  • Prepare and implement a pre-opening and post opening marketing plan

 

  • Prepare final operations budgets    

 

  • Set up accounting system, including accounts payable and accounts receivables    

  • Implement operations systems: Key control, general clean program, preventative maintenance program, deep clean program, safety

 

  • Coordinate and execute the construction punch as the building becomes available

 

  • Set up contractors for: Trash, cable, internet provider, pest control, snow removal, landscaping, elevator, vending, cleaning chemicals, food service

 

  • Coordinate the purchase and installation of all guest room supplies and opening inventories

 

  • Attain all necessary licenses to operate the facility
